Two rounds remains in the 2018 AFLW season, with the Western Bulldogs on top of the ladder with four wins from five starts.
The Dogs are the current runaway Premiership favourites at $2 at Sportsbet and are a game clear of the second placed Brisbane Lions.
Melbourne and GWS make up the remainder of the top four, with Adelaide in fifth position, just three percentage points behind the Giants.
Collingwood have had a disappointing season, registering just one win from their first five matches and they will need a minor miracle to make the finals with only two matches remaining.
Adelaide host Fremantle in Darwin on Friday night to kick off round six in what is shaping up as a must-win match for the Dockers.
Fremantle kicked only three goals last weekend in their loss to the Giants and will need a win against Adelaide to continue to put pressure on the top four, with a winnable final match against Carlton at Fremantle Oval next week.
The Crows have been the only team to defeat the Western Bulldogs this season and are defending Premiers, so their presence in the top four will be worrisome for all of the teams in the competition.
Adelaide are overwhelming $1.36 favourites at Sportsbet, with the Dockers $3.20 outsiders. With an opening line of 13.5, we like the Dockers to keep this one close with the points start at $1.90.
Brisbane went down narrowly last week to the Demons in Cranbourne by a goal, but face a far easier proposition this weekend when they host Collingwood.
The Pies have been awful for majority of the season and failed to fire in their second season in the competition.
Kate Lutkins was a standout for the Lions last weekend with a game-leading 26 disposals.
All four of the Magpies losses this season have been by less than 13 points, which makes a bet on the Pies with the 14.5 point start the pick in this match.
Brisbane are $1.33 favourites with the Pies at $3.35 at Sportsbet.
The match of the round on Saturday night will see the Giants hosting the Western Bulldogs.
The Dogs have been a scoring juggernaut all season, led by Brooke Lochland.
Despite a blowout loss against the Blues in round 2, the Giants have been one of the surprise teams in this years competition.
The Dogs start as $1.56 favourites, with the Giants at $2.45. Neither team is tremendous value in the current market.
Round 6 concludes with Carlton hosting Melbourne. The Demons are in the top four, but know that a loss to the Blues could leave them in a delicate position ahead of their final round clash with the Bulldogs.
While Carlton are still a chance of making the top four, their play throughout the season has not been up to standard week-in-week-out and their odds for this match reflect that.
The Blues are 9.5 point underdogs and $2.65 at Sportsbet, while the Demons are $1.48.
The Demons should have too much scoring prowess for the Blues and have more to play for in that match.
