The English FA Cup holds a special place in the hearts of football fans across the globe. The oldest Cup competition in the world never fails to produce magical moments, especially the 3rd Round of the tournament. At which point the EPL sides enter after months of Rounds starting from the lowest tier of English football.
Manchester United v Derby County, Saturday 6th January 2018, 07.00 (AEDT)
Old Trafford has been the scene of many famous victories for United but it has also witnessed several devastating shocks. Including a loss at this stage of the FA Cup to then lowly ranked Leeds United who took down their hosts 1-0.
Championship side Derby will be hoping for the same fortune to favour them. They currently sit 2nd in England’s second tier Championship as they bid for promotion to the Premiership. Derby will certainly be looking to cause an upset here at $13 and are more than capable of being giant killers.
United ended their run of four consecutive games without a win, with victory over Everton on New Years Day. Injuries are testing their strength in depth up front but with plenty of players capable of scoring, they look good at $1.25.

Fleetwood Town v Leicester City, Saturday 6th January 2018, 23.45 (AEDT)
League One side Fleetwood Town host former Premiership champions Leicester City, in a 3rd Round tie that has all the makings of a FA Cup shock.
Although 12th placed Fleetwood come into the match on the back of a 2-1 home loss to Bradford in the league. They will, however, aspire to a successful cup run to take away from concerns in the league. With home ground advantage they have the opportunity to upset the odds at $5.
Leicester kicked off 2018 with a first win in five games in all competitions. As they comprehensively beat Huddersfield Town 3-0 with Riyad Mahrez rediscovering some of the form that has brought about all the transfer speculation surrounding him. They stand at $1.62.
Bet of the Match – Leicester City to Win 2-1 at $7.50
Shrewsbury Town v West Ham United, Monday 8th January 2018, 01.00 (AEDT)
This match has FA Cup upset written all over it, with Premiership side West Ham struggling for consistency and Shrewsbury flying high in 2nd place of League One.
Andy Carroll’s late winnver over West Brom earned the Hammers only their 5th victory of the season. West Ham are a side in need of a good Cup run to boost morale around the club as they look to stay out of the relegation fight in the Premiership. Priced at $2, this match will be a tough contest for the away side.
With a price of just $3.50 in contrast to West Ham, Shrewsbury will definitely believe they are capable of causing an historic FA Cup upset. Having won four of their last five in the league they are high on confidence to overturn those odds.
