Being a Chelsea fan I would absolutely love to see the Wolves get up in this match. On paper, it certainly looks like the Red Devils will tear apart the Wolves here (pun intended).
I honestly don’t think Man Utd have played very well this season, despite doing enough to be top of the table. That being said, they have been the most consistent, but with the likes of Arsenal snapping at their heels they need nothing but 3 points here.
Wolverhampton Wolves Betting Preview
After a run of results mid-week the Wolves now sit on the foot of the table. They threw away a point in injury time against Bolton when a back pass when straight to Daniel Sturridge.
Their home form is 5-2-5 which suggests that a draw won’t be on the cards here. Surprisingly they have managed wins over both Chelsea and Manchester City. A win here will pull them off the bottom of the table, but they’ll have their work cut out for them. They’ll need to return to giant killing form here to have any chance.
Manchester United Betting Preview
As I alluded to above, United have been getting results without impressing. There have been countless results in recent times when late goals have come to their rescue. That is a sign of a great team though, when they can get all 3 points when they aren’t playing well.
They travel to Molineux on the back of a victory against Aston Villa 3-1. Their away form isn’t good at all, with 3 wins and 8 draws in their 11 matches. They are on the improve away from home though with wins in two of their last three.
Wolverhampton Wolves vs Manchester United Best Bet and Prediction
The best bet here is Manchester United @ $1.42 on Centrebet. That’s pretty decent value considering it is first vs last. It will be an interesting match to watch because United have a poor away record. 8 draws suggest that they struggle, and it is possible it could be on the cards. The reason I’m not backing against a draw is because of the recent pick up of away form for them, and Wolves have only had 2 draws in 12 matches at home.
Manchester United to win 2-1.
