Australian Open Day 10 Mens Tennis Preview, Tips And Betting
There are two matches being played today in the second half of the draw and the last of the men’s quarter finals. The first match sees the bolter Aleksandr Dolgopolov take on Andy Murray who has largely been flying under the radar. This will be the best match of the day because the all Spanish match between Nadal and Ferrer is as good as over before it even begins.
Dolgopolov has surprised many, and those same people have no clue on how to pronounce his name. I’ve been following this guy for a fair while now and have seen a few of his matches. I honestly think he’s in with a solid chance of winning today, despite what the bookmakers are saying. Murray looks like he’s on track to win a Grand Slam almost every time he plays in one, but it’s when push comes to shove he falls by the way side. That time is fast approaching and if he does manage to win today, he has no chance of winning in the semi-finals.
Aleksandr Dolgopolov vs Andy Murray Betting and Prediction
Murray is paying $1.08 in this match on Centrebet which is absolutely ridiculous. Why bet on a player with no heart, seriously. I don’t mean to offend, but this is the sort of player that you don’t want to bet on because he gives up all too easily.
He’ll be up against a fighter in Dolgopolov. The Ukrainian will have his work cut out for him, but at $8.00 he is paying overs substantially. I’ll be watching this match with interest, and I’m already on that $8.00.
Prediction: Tight match. Best bet is on Dolgopolov.
Bet on Dolgopolov now @ $8.00 on Centrebet
David Ferrer vs Rafael Betting and Prediction
Ferrer is on the improve, and has been playing great tennis thus far in the 2011 Australian Open. That said, he has no hope in this match. Nadal is on fire and proved that in his last match against Cilic.
Look for an exotic like the -7 handicap on Nadal at $1.88 or total games being under 33.5 @ $1.93. Surprisingly Nadal is paying $1.10 – much better value than Murray at $1.08 right 😉
Prediction: Nadal in a schalacking.
