Online content developer and supplier Green Jade Games has been granted a business to business licenced by the Malta Gaming Authority.
Casino News Daily reports that Green Jade Games’ newly obtained licence will allow the company to supply its products to Malta-licenced online gambling operators that provide their services in regulated markets across Europe and beyond.
With its headquarters in Malta, Green Jade Games develops and supplies real-money arcade style games and slots for the international online gambling industry, including its flagship title Hammer of Fortune.
The game features a personalised player hammer that changes with every single spin and can be used by players to knock symbols off the reels.
As a result, players are thus offered a second chance to trigger cash pots and free spins.
News about Green Jade Games’ business to business licence by the Malta Gaming Authority arrives just days after it became known that the supplier has joined forces with gamification and real-time engagement expert CompetitionLabs to take player experience to the next level.
Under the terms of its partnership with CompetitionLabs, the online casino games developer will deploy its partner’s gamification tools and elements to its full suite of slots.
Said elements include missions, rewards, and achievements.
Hammer of Fortune would be the first game to go live with the features.
Green Jade Games’ chief executive officer Benedict McDonagh spoke of their Malta Gaming Authority licence and said that obtaining it was “the next step in our plans to provide our games to all of the major online casino operators,” in both regulated markets and markets on the verge of regulation around the world.
Mr McDonagh added that their games are “truly unique and genuinely innovative’ and they can now offer them to more online gambling operators, and their players, than ever before.
Green Jade Games’ recently issued Maltese licence follows another important milestone reached by the online casino games studio in recent weeks.
Last month, the company was also awarded a licence by the UK Gambling Commission that enabled it to provide its titles to operators licenced by the regulatory body and to their UK-based gambling customers.
Here it is important to note that Green Jade Games is the in-house online gaming content studio of gambling operator Mr Green.

News emerged last autumn that the operator would be acquired by British bookmaker William Hill in a 242 million pound deal. William Hill closed in on the acquisition in February.
Of its entry into the UK gambling market through a licence by the UK Gambling Commission, Mr McDonagh said that the move was a “major milestone in our journey as well look to establish Green Jade as a top game developer in regulated markets” and that they were thrilled to be able to integrate their content with UK-facing online casino operators and make it available to local players for the very first time.
Leading multi-channel sports betting and casino platform Digitain is set to integrate content from online slots and table game supplier Fazi, Calvin Ayre reported in May.
The new deal sees Digitain arm itself with an innovative virtual games suite which majors in the HD-quality graphics, engaging gameplay and immersive soundscapes that have become Fazi’s table games trademark.
The integration accordingly adds more muscle to the sportsbook supplier’s casino platform, as it continues to broaden its global footprint into emerging markets, and brings a new premium range to its existing portfolio.
The chief executive officer of Digitain Suren Khachatryan said, “we have been working hard to forge fresh casino alliances recently and are aiming to equip ourselves with progressive products from the best suppliers in the business.”
“Like us, Fazi have been very successful in their expansion over the past 12 months and together we present a compelling platform and content solution for operators. It’s fantastic to have them on board.”
The chief executive officer at Fazi Bojan Mitic added, “we’re very pleased to have teamed up with Digitain, who share our core values and passion, to strengthen our position in a highly competitive space.
“We have launched some fantastic content over the last year, with a wide variety of themes, features and virtual models, and we hope they’ll quickly become firm favourites with operators and players alike.”
Digitain is a sportsbook and casino platform provider offering best of breed turn-key and white-label solutions.
The company’s primary focus is on the regulated European market, with ambitious plans to expand its geographical footprint into the Americas and Asia.
