Late Mail Special

Randwick Horse Racing

Race 1
Number 1 – Godspeed
Jockey : Steve Arnold
Trainer : Gerald Ryan

Odss are nothing to get excited about, currently showing $1.45 fixed price at Iasbet, but will win and win easily. Good bets of $15,000 and $10,000 at the $1.60 overnight have seen the odds fall, but bound to get out on the totes closer to race time. The $1.875 million yearling was beaten by Bossdon City when an odds-on favourite on debut last Saturday week, but was ridden quietly before making up more than 7 lengths in the run to the line. Will be ridden more prominently today and should atone.

Race 6
Number 6 – Triple Elegance
Jockey : Jim Cassidy
Trainer : Chris Waller

In form Cassidy takes the ride again, after winning seven races in NSW last week and riding Whitefriars to a Group 2 Australia Stakes win at Moonee Valley last night. The Pumper riding style kept Triple Elegance on the straight and narrow a fortnight ago after racing erratically under Nash Rawiller the start prior. Triple Elegance gets in on the limit here dropping 5kg on the last win and should get a nice trail behind Voice Commander. Steps up to open company and the mile for the first time and good money last night saw $2.60 and $2.30 taken. Currently showing $2.00 fixed price at Iasbet.

Sandown Horse Racing

Race 5
Number 8 – Port Vell
Jockey : Luke Nolen
Trainer : Colin Little

Luke Nolen takes the ride after last weeks run, but if we named him last week, then we have to be on again this week on the quick backup. Extra ground suits and Dead4 track rating won’t play against him. Is now fourth up from a spell and previous wins have all been fourth or fifth up from the spell. Backed from $10.00 in to $8.00 in overnight markets and currently $8.00 fixed price at Iasbet. Getting out to right distance now and should figure prominently.

Looking for an online bookmaker to get on with these three sure things todays?

Sportbset are offering a money back refund on Sandown Race 4 today. You can get a $100 bet refund if your horse finished second in todays race but you need to have a Sportsbet account. To open a Sportsbet account just click this link to open an account now – Open A Sportbset Account Now.

Our tip for Race 4 at Sandown?

Number 1 – At The Heads – tough galloper, well in with the claim and off an ideal three-week
freshen-up. Suited by the trip, and punters have jumped in early.
